This scene is one of my favorites in “A Scandal in Belgravia”. The relationship Sherlock shares with Mrs. Hudson is uniquely beautiful. For all of the hurtful comments he makes about her, and all of her complaints about his crazed lifestyle, they share a sort of mother and son relationship.

That absolutely murderous look shows how much he really cares. In his own strange, Sherlock-y way.
